Sarah Frost Designs website provides information about Sarah Frost Designs, its products and access to an electronic payment system. Furthermore, if you purchase products on this website using our payment system, you will need to provide your contact details for billing and delivery of your purchases.

We use a third party electronic payment system to handle credit card transactions. The system is provided by WorldPay, and has state of the art security.

We never see your credit card details. When you complete your order and click the 'Purchase' button, you will be re-directed to the WorldPay website. Once you have entered your credit card details and completed payment you will then be returned to sarahfrost.com. WorldPay protects your credit card information using world-class electronic security and encryption.
Use of data:
Sarah Frost Designs will use the information that you enter into forms on this website to provide you with the information that you have requested, or to complete your order and ship the goods you have purchased to your address.
Mailing list subscribers:
If you join our mailing list, we will use the email address you have provided to send you news and information on promotional offers. We will not pass your email address onto third parties unless required to by operation of law.
Sharing of data:
The information that you voluntarily submit to us will not, except as provided below, be transferred to any third parties except where we are required to make such a transfer by operation of law.
Exceptions:
When shipping your purchases to you, or when collecting products that are faulty, or when you have cancelled an order and opted for us to collect the goods, we may need to pass your contact details on to couriers, shipping agents, and other service providers involved in shipping or collection of goods.
