Competition Rules
Competition Rules
1 Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: name, phone number, e-mail address.
2 Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3 The competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas entrants are not eligible.
4 If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering.
5 Deadline for receiving entries is stated on the Online competition page and the winner/s will be contacted directly.
6 The prizewinners will be selected from the entries, and contacted by the Competition Manager ("The Manager"). The Manager’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only winners will be contacted.
7 Prizes must be taken as offered. There are no cash alternatives. The Prize amount is £ 50 in the form of an e-voucher, only redeemable on items within our website. It must be redeemed within 6 months, and can be used together with any other promotion. We don't mind if you benefit from any sale priced items.
If you attempt to redeem more than £50, or abuse the e-voucher in any way, we reserve the right to cancel any orders you make, and withdraw the prize.
8 Sarah Frost Designs does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
9 Competitors must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
10 This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the Sarah Frost Designs or any person directly or indirectly involved in the Company or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
11 The Manager’s decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
12 Sarah Frost Designs reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
13 Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
14 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15 This competition is promoted by SarahFrost.com, the online web portal for Sarah Frost Designs.
16 We will not publish or provide your e-mail address to anyone. The competition requires you to supply us with your e-mail details, but we will only use this information for the purpose of this competition. It will NOT be used for any other purpose unless you expressly permit us.
17.Sarah Frost Designs will use the information you provide, including that collected via ‘cookies’ (which tell us which of our web pages you visit and how you move around them) to run and improve this service/site. Subject to your approval, we would like to use your details to inform you of services, products and events that we believe will interest you.
